SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your parcel departs our warehouse, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item in the following circumstances:
- The item has been purchased via the CURLiD website
- The item is returned in its original condition, unused with tags
- The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transitFor any return requests, please email our customer service team at jasmine@curlid.com with your return request including a picture of the unopened and unused product.
Once return has been approved, please allow up to 21 days to receive your refund. The refund will be made on to the same payment method used in your original purchase.
