At CURLiD, we take great care in preparing each order, with a little help from our kids who are always excited to see the packages go out the door! Our current processing time for order dispatch is 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday), excluding the day you place your order. While we do our best to stick to this timeframe, sometimes delays may occur.
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, here’s what you can expect for delivery:

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your CURLiD purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return your item, we’re happy to help! You can return it within 30 days of receiving it, as long as:
- It was purchased through the CURLiD website
- It’s in its original condition, unused, and still has the tags
- It’s safely packed to avoid any damage on its way back to us
Just send us an email at hello@curlid.com with your return request and a picture of the unopened product, and we’ll guide you through the process. Once your return is approved, please allow up to 21 days for your refund, which will be sent back to your original payment method.
