If you forget your password we will reset it upon your request and send it to the email address, which you specified when you registered.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in CURL ID LTD’s best interests to do so.

Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the product exactly.

CURL ID LTD have the right to cancel the order in line with “Accepting Your Order”.

CURL ID LTD also have the right to change the price of an item available on the website without notice. Your final price will be confirmed via email.

Your order contract agreement between you and CURL ID LTD

Once you have completed your order on the “Website” we may send you a confirmation email to confirm we have received your order request. Please note that this is not an agreement that the order has been accepted. All orders are subject to availability and can be cancelled by CURL ID LTD at any time.

• Once your order has been confirmed, the team will begin to process your order so changes are unable to be made.

• Once you have completed your order on the Website, payment will be due immediately. If the payment has failed CURL ID LTD  are under no obligation to send the order. Payment can be made by any accepted payment methods available on the Website.

Once the order has been confirmed by our team or our suppliers you will receive a further email to confirm what items will be dispatched to you. Once you have received this email this is an agreement from CURL ID LTD to confirm that the order has been agreed.

Delivery

Your order will be fulfilled within the timeframe shown in the confirmation email.

• Should your order not arrive within 30 days please contact us.

• Your order will be shipped to the address that has been supplied by the customer.

• CURL ID LTD will not be held responsible for any errors that occur in the address that is submitted; it is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct address.

International delivery

• CURL ID LTD are able to ship to all the countries available at checkout. However, CURL ID LTD will not be responsible for cancellations for any orders that can’t be shipped to a country or location for any reason.

• CURL ID LTD are not responsible for any customs and duties costs incurred to the customer.

Events outside of our control

Whilst CURL ID LTD endeavours to send your order to you as quickly as possible, there are scenarios that will cause delays which are out of our control.

Price and payment

• Prices of items will be available on the website at all times. Prices are subject to change without any notice, this includes any promotions or product price adjustments.

• You can pay by using payment methods available at checkout. Payment is due when you confirm your order and you will be charged immediately.

• You may be able to pay via your local currency (GBP, USD, EUR) if your local currency is not available you will view all prices in GBP.

The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.

While we give you the tools and recommendations to incorporate in your lifestyle, there is no guarantee that you will receive the same results as the ones being displayed on our social channels. You accept the risk that any hair change results differ from one individual to another.

Any and all testimonials or transformation pictures we share on social media have been approved by our actual clients but are not intended to guarantee any other individual will achieve the exact same results.

Subscription information

Website Subscription Purchase

​

Any website subscription purchase is managed and billed by us.

All transactions are processed securely through our third party payment gateways including but not limited to: all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Klarna Online Bank Transfer, iDEAL and Giropay (depending on location).

You are responsible for notifying us of any change in your payment method. In case payment failure occurs for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription until we collect the full amount of your subscription.

Free trials
Your subscription may start with a free trial. The free trial will be set for a limited period as specified on the day of signing up.

We reserve the right to remove or change the free trial period at any time
Unless cancelled before the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically switch to a paid subscription, which will not be eligible for a refund.

Once signed up, any unused free trials will not be eligible for extension.

Only new users are eligible for Free Trials

Promotions

We may offer promotional campaigns like special prices, student discounts, or additional free trials, from time to time. Those may be part of separate terms and conditions and it will be your responsibility to read and agree to those terms.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time, regardless of your subscription status being “in Trial” or “Active”.

Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged, unless you cancel 24 hours before the start of your next billing period.

Once your subscription has been cancelled, you will still have access to the CURL ID LTD Member sites, until the end of your billing period.

Refunds are not eligible for the following reasons:
Unused subscription
Any other similar reason or event.

Acceptable use policy

This acceptable use policy sets out the terms between you and us under which you may access the Service. This acceptable use policy applies to all users of, and visitors to, the Service.
